Meet Luna
Say hello to Luna. She is a Great Pyrenees, Border Collie cross. She was born on August 12th, so she was 13 weeks old on Nov 11th and she's clocking in at 15 pounds already. She is up to date with vaccines and has been microchipped but has not been spayed. She was raised in a busy home with kids ages 5-12, a cat, and another small dog. Luckily her baseline attitude is pretty mellow so this busy home never ruffled her feathers. She loves to come and get loves and if you scratch her belly just right she will sometimes get her back legs peddling like she's riding an invisible bike. She is a bright-eyed, go getter who likes her ball and has already completed a couple rounds of fetch. (The return part is a bit iffy.) She loves people and can hardly wait to meet new friends, both dogs and people. She'll be at the end of the leash with her tail wagging full speed. Luna is usually one of the first to come back in for some pets and treats. She has been crate trained, sits on command and knows that after nap time we go outside for a minute, but she's not 100% potty trained yet. She has been going on walks to see the wide world since she was about 8 weeks old. She loves everyone and everyone loves her. Luna does jump up to greet you and is a bit nippy, as a puppy she will require basic obedience classes. She will be happiest with a large fenced yard as she grows.Come meet this plucky little cuddle bug by filling out an application at https://alternativehumanesociety.com/statement-of-interest-dog/
