Meet Kandy

Hi I’m Kandy! I’m a 3-year-old black and white lab/retriever mix and a perfectly-sized 43 lbs. of pure joy (with a side of sass). I was surrendered to a shelter due to a move (my family couldn’t take me ). I’m the kind of dog who loves chillin’ and chasin' squirrels, but don’t let that fool you—I’m always up for a snuggle on a rainy day, or belly rubs (the longer, the better). I’m also a good listener. If you need to vent, I’ll hang with you on the couch, as long as you bring treats! I’ll help you to unwind, de-stress, and maybe even laugh a little along the way.I’m gentle and affectionate and also a bit of a professional napper. If there's a comfy spot in the house, you can bet I’ll be taking it over. If you need a walking partner at a slow-paced stroll, I’m your girl. I’ll also help you with dinner—because let’s be real, I’m good at cleaning plates!So, if you’re looking for a sweet, loving companion who’s ready to shower you with affection (and maybe a few too many naps), look no further.
