Meet Zippy

Meet Zippy Zippy is a sweet Beagle who was surrendered because, true to her breed, she has a knack for chasing cats and, unfortunately, going after chickens. Since arriving at the shelter, she’s been very confused and scared but has remained quiet—quite the contrast to the usual energetic Beagle behavior! She’s up to date on her vaccines, tested negative for Lyme disease, and will be receiving her Lyme booster in a couple of weeks. Zippy is still decompressing after a whirlwind few days—she just arrived on Sunday, was spayed on Monday, and now, on Tuesday, she’s resting and taking things easy. We’re still getting to know her, but we’ll be sure to provide updates as her personality starts to shine through. This beautiful Beagle has plenty of potential to become a loyal companion in the right home. Adoption Process
Adoption application must be filled out first. If it is approved then the potential adoptor can meet the pet. If all is acceptable, we will collect the adoption fee at that time.
