Paws Across Pittsburgh

Paws Across Pittsburgh is a 501(c)(3), foster based, non-profit animal rescue located in the Pgh area. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome homeless, abused and/or unwanted dogs and cats.We are run solely by volunteers with the goal of providing vet care, socialization skills and nutritional needs while living in a loving foster home. All animals that enter into the rescue will receive appropriate vet care, spay/neuter, vaccinations and preventative treatments.Our goal is to assure a loving, forever home for each one of our animals.We have a monthly pet pantry, provide temporary fostering for emergency situations, have a Senior pets for Seniors program, and more.

Meet Scout

I am a 6 month old very good boy that is looking for my forever home. My foster mom thinks I'm a small Shepard mix.  I am great with all people and animals. I am also crate trained, house trained, and only chew my toys. I do ok on a leash, but am all over the place sniffing and exploring everything. I like to run around outside, but also want to be snuggled on the couch like the baby that I am. I have also mastered the puppy eyes to get extra treats. I would love a doggie sibling to run around with. I am neutered and up to date on all required vaccinations and am available for adoption with Paws Across Pittsburgh, KL# 16142.
