Meet Willy

Willy's owners initially got him as a herding dog for the farm, but he would get confused and herded the livestock in the wrong direction, which is why he ended up at the animal shelter. He enjoys taking walks and does well on a leash, but doesn't get along with other dogs or cats, so he needs to be an only dog. Willy is energetic in the play yard and loves people but probably needs to be with only older children in a home. He will crawl onto your lap if you sit beside him. We believe he is housebroken as he keeps a clean kennel. He loves to eat and could benefit from joining a weight watcher group. Willy is a male Blue Heeler, 3 years old, 55 lbs., fully vetted, neutered, vaccinated, Bordetella, and wormed. Intake 1-28-25

Adoption Process
Application is reviewed and references checked, adoption contract, fees range from $22 for cats to $32 for dogs with spay/neuter included and required.
