Meet Maria – A Survivor Ready for a Fresh Start! Maria has spent over a year in rescue, and her journey hasn’t been easy. When she arrived, she was underweight, suffering from hair loss, and battling painful ear infections. But this resilient girl has never given up! Now, she’s getting the structure and training she needs to ensure she’s fully ready for her forever home. Born in May 2018, Maria is a stunning German Shepherd who thrives with a strong, experienced handler. She’s currently in a board-and-train program, where she’s learning to trust, share her space, and feel secure in her environment. With proper boundaries and guidance, she’s making incredible progress! Maria will do best in a quiet home without small animals. She’s looking for someone patient and dedicated to continuing her training—her adoption includes private training sessions to help with a smooth transition! Adoption Process
After submitting and initial application, and vet check and home visit are done. There is no application fee, only an adoption fee which is based on species. All animals must be spayed or neutered and up to date on preventatives.
