Meet Rosie

Update 3.8.25 Meet Rosie – Your Future Best Friend! Rosie is a 7 month sweetheart who's ready to steal your heart. She's met kids, dogs, men, and women – and hasn’t found a soul she doesn’t like! While she may be a bit timid at first, she warms up quickly and will soon become your loyal shadow. Full of personality, Rosie has that classic goofy boxer charm with floppy ears that seem to have a mind of their own. She's playful and loves her toys, especially when it’s time for a game of fetch. But when she's sleepy, her favorite place to be is curled up next to you – all 55 pounds of her firmly believing she’s a lap dog. Rosie has been gaining confidence on her walks each day, though she may still get startled by loud noises or unexpected sights (like someone shoveling snow). She's also learning to love car rides and will eventually relax and settle in – especially after a fun outing with a doggy friend. She's crate trained both during the day and at night, though she'd happily snuggle with you all night if given the chance. While getting into her crate isn’t her favorite thing, she quickly settles down, especially with some calming music playing in the background. Rosie is potty trained and improving every day with her routine. While she prefers you accompany her outside, she's getting braver about going potty solo in the backyard before bed and first thing in the morning. This lovable girl is working on her basic commands – she’s mastered "sit" and "down" and is making great progress with "wait" and "stay." She enjoys being near her humans but is gradually learning that being in a separate room isn’t so bad either. If you're looking for a puppy with a surprisingly calm and gentle personality, Rosie could be the perfect fit. Whether she's soaking up snuggles or playing with her toys, she’s sure to fill your home with love and  laughter. Could Rosie be the missing piece in your family?
