Meet Raley - KY

Raley is a one year old Malinois who is coming into rescue from a Georgia shelter. She is a diamond in the rough having survived neglect with a wonderful, loving personality and a spirit that could not be broken. She is spayed, and is doing well with her training in her foster home.  After only 2 weeks, she is perfecting "here," and she perks her ears & makes eye contact with her foster mom when she hears her name. She will sit for a treat, and Raley loves to collect toys in her crate. If you are missing a toy, look no further than her safe space! She is also indicating when she needs to go out to take care of business. She first goes to the door and then to her people to ask. She knows that "house" means to go to the door to be let inside. Raley is also finding her voice!  She is working on house manners like learning that blankets are for warmth and paper is for writing rather than shredding, and shoes are for wearing rather than chewing. Like most young Malinois, she needs close supervision when she is not crated as she believes the world is her oyster!  She is getting along with the resident dogs after slow introductions on more neutral territory.  Raley will need continued work in basic obedience and house manners, and she loves the water. She needs an active forever home, one where her new humans will train, guide, set fair boundaries, and keep her mind and body active!

Adoption Process
Adoption application must be submitted, personal references, and Vet references are checked. Adoption fees are $350 and if the adoption does not work out the dog must come back to us contractually
