Bio: Phil is a spunky little puppy that will need a family who is looking for an energetic dog and are willing to fully train. Phil comes from the infamous hoarding situation in Texas but you'd never know because he is just happy as a clam all day everyday. He loves his people. He took a nap with foster mom and she woke up to him snuggled in her arms. He plays hard and has had a blast with the resident dogs, cats, and pigs too! He doesn't like to be kenneled and he will howl and cry so he will need work on crate training. He us very adventurous and super brave! He didn't bat an eye at running up and down the steps. He'll make an excellent addition to the right person(s) who's committed to helping him reach his full potential! Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc. Is an all foster based rescue. Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved. Preapproval applications for future adoption are welcome.
