Cooper is here due to a sudden lifestyle change in his family. He is playful and respectful of his older foster sister. Cats are a new thing to chase but he’s learning that is not how you make friends. He is a fast learner. While he gets quite rambunctious, he is learning life doesn't need to be 2 speeds.
