If you are a Labrador lover but want a slightly smaller dog (4lbs) who is ridiculously sweet, Meet Earnest, or as his foster parent affectionately calls him, Ernie! This sweet boy was named by the Diamond Dog Rescue social media followers, and he couldn't be more grateful. Ernie is a happy, polite little guy who's the ultimate cuddle buddy. If you're looking for a velcro dog to snuggle with, he's your guy! Ernie gets along well with other dogs and is crate trained and potty trained. While we don’t know how he is with children or cats just yet, his friendly and playful nature suggests he’d be a great fit for many homes. Whether it’s playtime or just hanging out, Ernie is always right by your side. If you’re in need of a loyal best friend, Ernie is ready to step up and fill that role with love and devotion!
