Bio: Louie is an incredibly sweet yet shy guy who will need a home full of patience and understanding. He is fostered with several other small dogs, and is wonderful with each of them. While Louie shys away from his humans, his eyes tell you he wants to trust. He has been a perfect gentleman for any care thats been provided, though he is nervous. Louie will need dedication to house training, but does well in his crate. He is a quiet guy who would appreciate a calm environment while he learns how to dog. Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc. Is an all foster based rescue. Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved. Preapproval applications for future adoption are welcome.
