Meet Toby

Hi, my name is Toby and I’m 80 pounds of pure boxer love! I came to MNBR all the way from Michigan and I’m so glad to be here in my new foster home. You see, I was lonely a lot the first 5 years of my life, but now, there’s humans and dogs around me all the time; it’s so awesome! My foster mom says I’m a very good helper. Need someone to keep you company around the house? I’m your guy! Need someone to tire out your current pup or crazy kids? I can do that! Need some extra warmth in bed at night? I am a perfect snuggler! Something I’m not a fan of right now is the kennel, but my foster fur-siblings have been showing me that it isn’t the worst thing. Plus, when I do have to go in my kennel, I get lots of praise and yummy treats so I’m thinking it may be an ok place. I really would like my furever home to have humans who are home more than they are gone or a fur-sibling to play with (my foster mom says I should ask for both!). Adoption Process
Application --> background check --> personal reference and vet checks --> home visit; once approved the applicant can meet available dogs. Adoption agreement, obedience, and spay/neuter (if applicable) plus adoption fee to complete adoption process.
