Bio: Casper has arrived from Texas. Wow what a sweet dog he is. He has gotten along well with the foster dogs. No accidents so far in a new environment! He loves to chew and play. This morning we learned Casper just loves the tennis ball so a little fetch to enjoy the nice weather. Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc. Is an all foster based rescue.
