Once your application is approved, the WI manager will call you to discuss adoption, answer questions and set up a private meet and greet if you are interested. This process can take up to 7 days. Fig is a 7 month old, Lab mix. Fig has been such a good boy and he is hoping for a family of his own to spend the holidays with. He is a big teddy bear and is very dog friendly. He adores kids and loves belly rubs. He was an abandoned pup in Texas and is doing great about learning house rules and walking on a leash. He would really love to have kids and another dog in the house he can play with. He will ring the bells for potty breaks and is crate trained. He currently weighs 35 pounds. As always, we never guarantee the breed OR the size they'll be as an adult. Adoption Process
I drive 30-50 dogs to WI every month to find homes. There are too many dogs in my area to even think about an adoption fee. People see the dogs on petfinder (currently) do an application, my adoption coordinator approves applications, all dogs are fully vetted for their age and altered.
