Bio: Rosie was a solo pup found wandering a neighborhood in Texas. We are told that her former owner was trying to give her away and when the efforts were unsuccessful she was left to fend for herself. Rosie is a peanut and all puppy. She has sharp little teeth, loves to play, loves to snuggle and wants to see what the big dogs are up to. Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc. Is an all foster based rescue. Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved. Preapproval applications for future adoption are welcome.
