Bio: Beck checking in to let you know she is still available. She is a medium sized girl that is potty trained, kennel trained and enjoys leisurely walks on a leash. She gets zoomies like a puppy, plays well with other dogs and is happy to snuggle up on a lap or couch. She's been with Our Pack almost 3 months....how could this be? Well Beck is on medication for seizures. When it comes to seizures all dogs, people and other critters can experience different forms, lengths and intensities. Beck has gone almost a full month to the day without having a seizure. Last night she did experience one, that included a few smaller ones afterwards. They are hard to watch sometimes as you feel helpless as you and her wait them out. She can be disoriented afterwards and wobbles a bit, but once they pass she goes right back to her lovable, happy self. She may seem to some as a special needs dog, but she deserves love and a family just the same. Will she be a prime example of the 3-3-3 rule, yes. Will there be an extra cost for her medication, yes but it's not very expensive. Will she require a little extra care and monitoring, yes. Will she give the same love as a dog without seizures, absolutely! One small difference in Beck should not define her, or any other dog that may be a little different. Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc. Is an all foster based rescue. Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved. Preapproval applications for future adoption are welcome.
