Bio: Winnie, affectionately called Pooh Bear by his new foster family is a sweet little dude. He came from a bad hording situation in Texas and is very shy & nervous. His foster family is giving him space to decompress after his long journey to Wisconsin and are excited to get to know him better. So far he enjoys gentle pets and chewing on all the new toys in his foster home. Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc. Is an all foster based rescue. Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved. Preapproval applications for future adoption are welcome.
