MEET VIOLET: Meet Violet, the ultimate “Peter Pan Pup” and a perfect mix of Lab and Border Collie! At two years old, she’s got all the playful energy of a puppy, and she’ll keep you on your toes with her boundless enthusiasm. While she’s a ton of fun, she’s still working on her recall, so she’ll need to be on a leash during outdoor adventures. At about two months old, Violet jumped out of a truck window. She’s since had multiple surgeries on her front leg, which has a few pins and curves slightly. However, this hasn’t slowed her down at all. Her excitement can sometimes be a bit much for young children or older dogs, but that’s just her way of saying, “Let’s play!” Violet loves to chew, so having plenty of chew toys around is key to keeping her happy. She’s fully housetrained and has a heart full of love to give. Though she hasn’t had much interaction with cats, she’s an affectionate, happy dog who thrives on attention and playtime. Violet is looking for an active family who enjoys walks and has a fenced-in yard where she can run and play safely.
