Meet Sammie! Sammie is a sweet and loving Shiba mix who thrives in a calm, consistent environment. This 11-year-old pup struggles with anxiety, having spent much of his life as a stray. He is looking for a patient, experienced owner who can provide the structured routine and gentle care he needs to feel safe and secure. Sammie’s Needs: • A child-free, pet-free home: Sammie will shine as your one and only furry friend. • A calm and steady routine: Predictability helps reduce his stress. • Daily walks and outdoor time: Sammie loves walks and being active—it’s his favorite way to bond and unwind. • A patient, understanding owner: Someone willing to work with Sammie as he learns to trust and relax. • Plenty of treats and tennis balls. Home visits, fees vary, adoption contract required. Adopter agrees to return animal to the rescue if they are unable to care for them.
