Hey, I'm Homer! I'm a grey tabby boy, and I'm five months old. You can pick me up, but I'm a bit timid around people. I might hide my head against you while you hold me so I feel safer, so it's not that I don't like people. There's just a lot of noise here in the shelter! I like toys, my sister Diamond, and my brother Dinger, so come visit us! The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
