Meet Lucy

Hi there, my name is Lucy! I'm a 10 month old tabico girl kitty. A tabico is basically a calico but with stripes! So I look a little bit like a jungle cat, and I expect you to have the same respect for me as you would for one of those! After all, you'll be very lucky if I choose to live with you, because I bring a lot to the table--cuddles, adorableness, beauty, with a tinge of sass and spice!   I was adopted briefly, but that family did not give me much time to get adjusted. I am learning to trust people again, and as you can see from one of my photos, I do like to get pets, especially chin and face scritches! I also love love LOVE toys I can bat around! Just go easy on me and give me lots of playtime and treats, and I will warm up with a little patience, I promise!     The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
