Howdy, you can call me Hector, I guess. That's what they call me around here at the shelter. I'm a 2 year old orange tabby and white boy kitty. You might say I have a spicy or even a feisty streak. I'm not too keen on being kept in this cage, so I'm a little grumpy at people who come to see me. Once I feel a little safer, I might think about coming out of my shell a little more. I do like treats, so maybe bring me some? The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
