We’re still learning about Delana while she’s new to the rescue, but we wanted to at least show you how beautiful she is! Come meet her at our adoption events on Saturdays from 12-4 at PetSmart on Harbison. e-mail us at [email protected] with any questions or to request an application.
Adoption Process
We have an application that must be filled out including a vet reference and non-relative references. A 24 hour hold on the application allows the ARC volunteer to call references and follow up with any questions for the potential adopter. A home visit may be scheduled at this point. If the person is approved, they must sign a contract. An adoption fee is required, however this may be waived in special circumstances. If for any reason in the future they can no longer take care of the pet, the animal must be returned to ARC.
