Meet Mosca
Mother of the hurricane babies, Mosca is practically a baby herself! She's raised her children well and is ready for a life of relaxation! She greatly enjoys pets (although she isn't fond of being picked up quite yet), and she likes being close to her people. She's good with other cats and has even napped with a cat-friendly dog. Adoption Process
We have an application that must be filled out including a vet reference and non-relative references. A 24 hour hold on the application allows the ARC volunteer to call references and follow up with any questions for the potential adopter. A home visit may be scheduled at this point. If the person is approved, they must sign a contract. An adoption fee is required, however this may be waived in special circumstances. If for any reason in the future they can no longer take care of the pet, the animal must be returned to ARC.
