Meet Reese

Reese is a 6 year old female Pit mix, who would love to be your faithful companion! She has a gorgeous brindle coat and amber eyes, both of which shine beautifully in the sunlight. And it fits, because her sweet personality shines just as brightly! Reese knows her manners and walks well on a leash, making every outing with her a true pleasure. While she is six years old, she still has plenty of energy and loves a long walk or occasional run just as much as a younger dog. But Reese also has a calm side, where she enjoys simply hanging out with her people … whether it's lounging together to watch movies or soaking up the sun. She’s the perfect balance of active and relaxed, always ready for adventure but equally content to just be by your side. Reese dreams of a loving home where she can share her loyalty and affection with people who will love her in return. If you’re looking for a wonderful companion and best friend, be sure to meet Reese soon - she’s ready to make her dreams of a forever family come true! The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
