Meet Hendrix

Hendrix is a 3 year old Hound mix, and is a very sweet lovable boy! He may look energetic when in his cage, but only because he wants you to see him soooooo much! Once he is out of his cage, Hendrix is fairly laid back, good on a leash, and a joy to go on walks together. As his photo shows, Hendrix does a perfect Sit on command. He also has an endearing way of spontaneously doing a Sit without asking, as if doing it just to please you. He is so full of love, and rewards you with a big smile and adoring eyes when given any attention at all. Hendrix enjoys exploring around the park and walking around with his nose to the ground. And after time exploring and walking, Hendrix always likes to spend time with his favorite people and will gladly roll over for belly rubs - oh boy! Hendrix would love to find a home where he can enjoy going on walks together, while also spending lots of time on the couch to watch movies with his family. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
