Meet Odette

Odette is a two year old, female Hound mix. She is a very sweet, shy girl who warms up pretty quickly when offered good treats or a short walk together. And once she knows you, she simply adores you! Odette is sweet-natured, with a precious smile and cute worry lines on her forehead that will melt your heart. She didn’t seem to know what to do with toys at first, but now that she has discovered toys, she LOVES them! The squeaky squid toy in the shelter’s park seems to be her favorite (but that could change as she tries different ones). Odette is a sweet, fun, and lovable dog once she knows you … all she needs is that chance. Give her a few minutes, and you will be delighted as her wonderful personality shines for you! The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
