Lady is a 4 year old Shepherd mix, who is just as sweet as she can be! She is the perfect balance of calm and active, making her a dream companion for anyone looking for a well-mannered dog. Lady is a true lady in every sense, happily sitting for attention and walking like a pro on a leash. Her gentle nature makes her a joy to be around, and she’s a total love bug who absolutely adores belly rubs. Volunteers have quickly fallen for Lady because once she knows you, she has an irresistible way of looking at you, as if you are the most important person in the world! And just imagine how much she will adore the person(s) who adopt her! This special girl loves big and is soooo ready to share her love with everyone in her new home. Please meet Lady today, and give her the family she so deserves! In return, she will be a wonderful companion, and fill your life with joy, loyalty, and unconditional love.  The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
