Meet Ferris
Ferris is an almost one year old Hound mix, who is a sweet and gentle boy. He is currently living with his brother Cam, and tends to be the shyer of the two. He often hangs back and lets his brother greet new people first. But you can tell that Ferris REALLY wants to be a part of the action - he will hesitantly approach, then back away, until finally he hops over to check you out. It’s absolutely adorable! Once Ferris is comfortable with you, his happy smile shines through (and often), and his spots add to his handsome charm. He is also quickly picking up the joys of leash walking, and he especially enjoys spending time in the park to explore new scents and sights. More than anything, he longs to be in a loving home and cherished by his family. Could that be with you? Please meet Ferris soon, and see for yourself! The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590.
