Meet Cinnamon

Cinnamon is a 2 year old Hound mix who is super, super sweet, like her name suggests! Cinnamon was adopted from a different shelter in the fall of 2023. Her owners surrendered her to us stating that she was dog reactive. Since she has been here, the staff has not seen any dog reactivity and her previous shelter did not notate that either. However, she could be territorial in a home, so we do advise that she go to a dog only home to be safe OR we at least will require a meet-n-greet with the other dogs in the home. Cinnamon walks well on a leash, smiles big for her friends, and is mostly well-mannered.  The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
