Ruby is soooo ready to find her forever family, and once she does, she’ll love them with all her heart. She has a fun playful side, enjoys going on walks, and also loves getting affection - and in return, she freely gives that love and affection right back to you! The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
