Meet Woody

Woody is a 2-year-old Shepherd/Hound mix. Woody is a very happy and goofy boy! Woody loves to run around outside and play! He zooms past you with a whoosh of air and the biggest smile, it is impossible to not be happy watching him. Woody would love to find a home where he can be active and get the zoomies out. That said, once he is done playing, all he wants is to sit down and get love from his people. We believe Woody would do well with children, but we always suggest bringing your children to meet the dog you are adopting. Woody has been around other dogs previously, but we would still suggest a meet-n-greet if you have other dogs in the home. Woody is the perfect mix of silly playfulness and a big sweetheart. He knows there is a perfect home out there for him to complete, so come meet this amazing boy! The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
