Archie is a 1.5 year old male Catahoula mix, who is ready to win your heart with his sweet nature and striking good looks. His handsome Merle-colored coat and winning smile always catch people’s eye, but it’s his easygoing personality that makes him stay in your heart. Archie is a lovable boy who is happy just being around people. He’s relaxed, friendly, and totally devoted once he gets to know you! If you’re looking for a dog who’s both laid-back and affectionate, Archie could be your perfect match. Whether it’s lounging on the couch or just hanging out in the yard, he’s content to spend time with the people he loves. When it comes to walks, Archie has a medium energy level and is well-mannered on a leash. He is a super sweet and well-mannered pup, and also seems good with other dogs, where he likes to greet them through the fence as he walks by. Of course, as always, a meet-n-greet is recommended if other dogs live in the home. But one thing is certain - Archie’s sweet friendly demeanor is hard to resist! The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
