Meet Pongo

Pongo is a 1 year old Hound/Cattle Dog mix. Pongo is very playful and sweet! He is full of youthful energy and enjoys adventure. Pongo loves to run around in the park and play! We do not know how Pongo is with other dogs, so a meet-n-greet is always suggested, but we do know that he is not good with cats! Pongo has a high prey drive and does not need to go home with small animals. Pongo is a goofy fella with tons of charisma and charm to win you over! He is medium sized and weighs under 50 lbs.  The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm.
