“Hi, I'm Sasha! I'm a young, playful, and goofy girl. I'm smart and curious, always up for a new adventure. My favorite game? Fetch, of course! I'm an energetic German Shepherd, so I need a home that understands my breed. I promise to bring joy and laughter to your life with my playful antics. I'm not just a pet, I'm a companion, a friend, a family member. Adopt me and let's create our own magical world together.” Sasha is a 2 year old female German Shepherd that came to the shelter because her owner was moving and could not take Sasha with them. Sasha has met other dogs here at the shelter and has gotten along with them well. We do recommend bringing in your dog(s) to meet Sasha to make sure everyone gets along. Sasha needs to go to a home that understands the mental and physical stimulation that her breed needs to excel in her forever home. She would do best in a home that has previous German Shepherd experience. She would benefit from continued work on her obedience training. She is food and toy motivated. (Playing fetch with tennis ball being one of her favorite games!) You can visit this pet during our Animal Viewing Hours below. Applications are accepted in person at our facility after you visit this pet out of their cage.  Animal Viewing Hours: Mon, Wed, Fri 10:00-4:30 (Closed at 2:30 the last Friday of each month) Tues & Thurs 1:30-6:45 Sat 10:00-2:00 (Closed on county observed holidays and holiday weekends.)
