Meet Midnight

Midnight is a handsome black miniature poodle puppy, born 1/12/25.  He was born in a commercial kennel, then consigned to a dog breeder auction as part of a kennel reduction to be sold as a potential stud dog.  Instead he was purchased into rescue, to give him a chance to learn how to be a pet instead of spending his life in a breeder's pen. He is extremely shy and fearful, so he will need a patient, experienced adopter to teach him that hands don't hurt and laps are good.  Because he is so shy, it would be best if he could go to a home without small children.  Ideally, another dog in the home would help him adjust, since he gets along well with other dogs. He is microchipped and has been vaccinated, wormed and dosed with Bravecto for flea and tick prevention.  He weighed 7 pounds 15 ounces on 4/1/25. Since he is too young to be neutered, he will be placed with a neuter contract.  When proof of surgery is received, adopter will be mailed a rebate check for $50.00 His adoption fee is $350.00 If you would like to adopt Midnight, email me at [email protected] and request an application.
