Meet Eloise

Beautiful Eloise is looking for her forever home! She is a 4-year-old Border Collie mix, weighing 25 pounds, making her a nice medium-sized dog. Eloise was brought to us from Texas, where she was found as a stray. Eloise is far from your typical Border Collie—she's a total sweetheart with a calm and relaxed personality! She’s claimed the entranceway in her foster home as her cozy ‘den,’ where you’ll often find her snuggled up on her bed, happily watching the world go by.   Eloise gets along well with other dogs and loves to run and play with them in the yard.  She is all about tug-of-war with her toys! While she seems to be housetrained, keep in mind that she might need a little adjustment time when moving into a new home.   Right now, she’s working on her leash training, so she’ll need some practice in her new environment. A fenced yard is preferred (please, no invisible fences) to help keep her safe. Eloise is great in a crate, although she hasn't been in one for a while since she's not destructive at all in her foster home. Eloise has been around older kids at events and did fine with them.    She absolutely loves being brushed and does well with grooming. Eloise is a cheerful girl who can’t wait to find a loving home where she can receive all the attention and affection she deserves!    Eloise is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm.  Her adoption fee is $475
