Meet Roxy

Roxy is available for adoption!  She is an adorable Chiweenie, 8 years old and 12 pounds.  Roxy came to us from Texas with her sister.  They were dumped in the streets with nowhere to go! Roxy is a sweet little dog.  She is crate trained and often goes in her crate to nap during the day.  She is learning to walk on a leash and doing well!  She may need a little encouragement at first, but she is fine once she gets going.  She is very food motivated and that helps her on her walks!  Roxy is good with other dogs.  She may chase a cat if she sees one though lol.  We haven't had her around kids but we do not think it will be an issue if they are respectful.  She is doing well with her housetraining but please expect some adjustment time as she learns a new home and routine.  When she isn't napping, Roxy follows her foster mom all over but her favorite room is the kitchen when it's mealtime!  Roxy is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm.  She also had a dental since she arrived.  Her adoption fee is $400
