Meet Harvey

Meet Happy Harvest, affectionately known as Harvey or Santa's Little Helper! This sweet and playful guy is ready to find his forever home. Harvest is a charming mix of who knows what, giving him a unique style—his ears are adorable and quite the conversation starter, and he sports a fun little tail that will surely make you smile!  He is listed as a lab mix on his paperwork but we don't know about that.  At just 1 year old and weighing 25 pounds, he’s the perfect size for cuddles and adventures. Harvey is a sweet dog who made the journey to us from Texas, and he's adjusting wonderfully to the snow and cold! He has a blast running and playing in it! Currently, he enjoys the comfort of a fully fenced yard at his foster home, so he'll need one in his forever home too due to not being leash trained.  While Harvey isn't quite leash trained yet and wasn't thrilled when we tried to work on that, it's a skill that can be developed with love and patience. The good news is that he’s crate trained! Harvey gets along well with the other dogs in his foster home and loves to snuggle up with them for cozy naps. We haven't had the chance to see how he interacts with kids, but we’re optimistic that he would do just fine!  With his playful spirit and eagerness to please, we just know that Harvey will bring so much joy to the right family! Harvey is neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, and tested neg. for heartworm.  His adoption fee is $450
