I adopted her from the shelter back in April and have absolutely fallen in love with her, but with my work schedule changing and having other personal matters come up, I am no longer home enough to give her the lifestyle she deserves. She is very active and loves to play outside, and loves to have somebody with her. Currently, she does sleep with me at night, so I would love to see that continue in her future home as she loves to be around people. She loves plushy toys, even though they don’t last very long, and will absolutely steal empty water bottles to play with too. Ruby absolutely loves kids, but she does have a bit of issue with jumping, so that has been something I’ve been working with her on and she has greatly improved. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A GSRA DOG. Adoption Process
We require an application to be filled out on our website - http://gsdrescue.org/index.html
After the application is submitted a Vet Check, Phone Interview, and Home Visit are required to receive approval for adoption. Once approval is granted then the applicant and a GSD match is made then a trial will take place (usually 1 week). The adoption fee is $300 and an adoption contract is required at the time of the trial.
