Meet Mason
Mason was absolutely terrified during his time in Animal Control. One of our volunteers visited him and his siblings almost daily to sit with them and offer treats. That helped his transition to PAWS go a little smoother. He's still very cautious but loves toys, treats and other dogs! He's still partial to his favorite human, Kathy, and he's learning to trust the rest of us. If he can learn to trust in a shelter environment, we expect him to thrive in a home with a patient family. He will need a companion dog in his home.
