Meet Penelope
Hello there. My name is Penelope, I came in with 10 other chihuahua mixes. I am a shy and sweet little girl that follows the other dogs around- I'm a follower, not a leader. I have a very sweet nature and am very loving to my person. That being said, I am a one person dog. I am friendly with people once I get to know them, but when I bond to my person, that is the only one for me. I would make a wonderful companion for a single person who is looking for a super sweet girl to worship them- I will shower you with all of my love and attention. It does take me a little bit to warm up to someone, but when I do, I'm yours. I am dog and cat friendly, but would be fine with other animals, or as an only pet.
