Our pack leader, Ramon van Meer, made a powerful promise when he founded our company in 2018: everything we do, everything we recommend, and everything we offer gets the medical stamp of approval from an expert.
Ramon’s first initiative as Alpha Paw’s founder was to interview dozens of pet care professionals. That’s when he met Dr. Ross Bernstein, Alpha Paw’s original veterinarian and the head of our Board of Pet Experts. Together, Ramon and Dr. Ross developed Alpha Paw’s range of honest, high-quality products designed to help your pets live a long and happy life.
Since then:
We’ve expanded our Board of Pet Experts to include licensed dog behaviorists, renowned pet care authors, and of course, more clinical veterinarians.

Our expert writers are accredited pet professionals, and they follow an extremely rigorous production process that we’re very proud of (and continually impressed by). Next, we assign the article to a member of our Board of Pet Experts based on their areas of expertise.
